All orders are processed within 2 days.

Shipments placed on National Holidays and Saturdays after 3pm will be shipped by the next business day. Products are subject to shipping delays due to the pandemic and possible weather conditions.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation and tracking should arrive within 2 hours after the order is placed. National Holidays and Saturday after 3pm all placed orders will be shipped the next available business day.

The Grandline USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The Grandline USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

The Grandline USA is not responsible for any goods damaged or otherwise affected by the shipping, if you would like to file a return / refund claim please email the order information, images of the damaged product as received, and personal contact info to thegrandlineusa@gmail.com. Returns will normally be processed and a confirmation emailed within 1-2 business days.
